What we check before publishing
The core question on every page is legal, not promotional: when you buy this product, what do you actually hold? To answer it we go to primary sources — the platform's own terms and conditions, product documentation and fee schedules, the issuer's disclosures, and regulator registers where they exist. We do not take a marketing page's word for what a product is, because the marketing name and the legal structure often differ: a “stock” on a crypto exchange can be a real share, a tokenized certificate, a CFD, a tokenized RWA or a perpetual future, and those five things carry completely different rights and risks. Review dates, and why they matter here
Every article and hub carries a “last reviewed” date, and it means what it says: the date the facts on that page were last checked against the sources above. This market changes fast — products launch, get discontinued, or change their legal wrapper within months — so a page's facts are only as good as its review date. When a platform changes something material, we re-verify and update the page rather than leaving stale claims standing. If a review date looks old relative to news you have seen, trust the platform's live terms over us.
Rules we do not break
- No invented ratings or reviews.We do not publish star ratings, scores or “user reviews” we have not earned, on the page or in structured data.
- No price targets or forecasts. We do not predict where any stock, token or platform metric is going, and we do not give buy/sell recommendations.
- No pay-for-placement. No platform can pay to change what we say it is, its position in a comparison, or the risks we list against it.
- What you will NOT get is stated as plainly as what you will. If a product gives you no share, no dividend and no vote, the page says so in the first lines — not in a footnote.
How this site makes money
Some links to exchanges are referral or affiliate links, marked as sponsored, and we may earn a commission if you open an account through them — at no cost to you. Two things keep that honest. First, the ownership verdict on a page is never shaped by whether a link pays: platforms we have no commercial relationship with get the same treatment, and issuers that offer no such links (for example Ondo) are covered with the same depth. Second, where a product's honest description is “you own nothing”, we say exactly that — including on platforms whose links pay us.
Corrections
If we got a fact wrong, we fix the page, update its review date, and — where the error was material to a decision — note the change. Factual accuracy is the entire value of this site.
The limits of what we do
Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Availability and terms vary by country and change without notice, so the live terms in a platform's app always supersede our pages. Trading any of these products can lose your entire capital — and with leveraged products, more than that. We tell you what a product is; whether it suits you is a decision only you can make.
